Who We Are
The Estate Planning Council of Arkansas is an interdisciplinary organization for professionals involved in estate planning. The Council's primary objective has been to provide a better understanding of the services performed by attorneys, life underwriters, trust officers, accountants, and others substantially involved in estate planning and to promote cooperation among them.

The Estate Planning Council of Arkansas (EPCA) promotes excellence in estate planning by serving EPCA members and the general public delivering exceptional resources, unsurpassed education and high-level networking experiences.
Vision Statement
The Estate Planning Council of Arkansas (EPCA) will be the association of choice for professionals engaged in the practice of estate planning. EPCA will foster the multi—disciplinary approach to estate planning designed to meet the needs of clients at all stages of their lives, with emphasis on wealth preservation and legacy.
Estate Planning Council of Arkansas is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and joining can fulfill the requirement of belonging to an affiliated local estate planning council to become an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee.
